How do I subscribe or cancel?: Subscriptions are handled by the blobu.ai website. For billing inquiries contact support@elevux.com.
How do I request a book or topic?: Request a book feature, or email support@elevux.com.
App crashed — what do I do?: 1) Ensure you have the latest app update. 2) Restart your device. 3) Reproduce the crash and take a screenshot of any error. 4) Submit via the support form or email with device details and a crash log (if available).
Where is my account data stored?: We store summary and preference data securely — see our Privacy Policy for details on storage, retention and deletion.

Update to latest iOS and latest Blobu.ai app version.
Sign-out and sign-back-in.
Force-quit the app and reopen it.
Check network: switch to another Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Reinstall the app (backup not necessary — your account data remains server-side).
